I have not yet sewn with this elastic, but I believe it is a well made product. I bought the 1 inch wide beige twill poly elastic. It has a good snap back retention on the elastic and is a medium density twill, sturdy. I was looking for a soft elastic which I couldn't find but this will do good for skirts, pants, and covered band pj's.

I hate tight waistbands. Although US size 8 my waist is rounder than it should be. So I am always looking for ways to loosen waistbands. I used this in beige to replace a very tight and gathered elastic waistband on some sweatpants. It took some skill, but the result is exactly what I wanted. The divided edge makes it simple to sew on and not worry about finishing the edges. Great product. I’ll be buying more!
