Muy buen tamaño, sí cabe un pavo. Excelente calidad. La tapa es otra cacerola, tapa perfectamente, la parrilla interior ayuda a evitar que se queme la comida. Me súper encanta. Muy buena compra.

We bought this for cooking our Thanksgiving turkey. It is heavy duty and easy to clean. Our turkey cooked fast and even. Maximum capacity for cooking a turkey is about 15 lbs . Seems to really great quality and should last for years. It was reasonably priced at $80 sale price.

La calidad es muy buena, es de gran tamaño, tiene la profundidad necesaria para realizar grandes comidas y la tapa tiene opción para utilizarla como olla

Big enough for a 25 lb turkey. Cover means you can eliminate foil or tenting after it comes out of the oven. Making gravy on the induction burner is easy. Easy clean in the dishwasher

First, the tri-ply construction means this thing is SOLID, no flex - definitely several steps above a typical stamped roaster. Second, the LID is also tri-ply, meaning it's just as solid as the roaster itself so it can be used as a casserole dish, etc.THAT all said, the fit and finish are good, the lid fits securely and although it is quite a bit heavier than the "Blue Granite" stamped cheapie roasters, it's definitely NOT unwieldy or ridiculously heavy like a cast enameled model. Seems to hold residual heat a LOT better than I expected once removed from the oven, which is a bonus. Height is ample, but it does rub on the rack above in my oven when set 3 spaces apart, so if this is an issue for You make SURE You measure your available space. Yesterday (Thanksgiving) was a bit of a juggle to pull the roaster and baste the bird due to this issue - but after doing it once I realized that flipping the oven rack alleviated the issue (DUH) - again though, i got lucky that the rack flip worked and when You're talking literally 1/8" or at best 1/4" difference again, measure first.Lastly, if You (as i did) have reservations about the offset handles ... DON'T. They are night and DAY amazing for moving and lifting this thing when loaded up with an 18lb Turkey (which i did just last night, LOL) ... Also, with the handles offset, it allows (at least in MY smaller oven) for the roaster to be positioned straight front-to-rear without hitting the door or rear of the oven. This is a REAL space-saver if you are planing on doing a larger foil pan full of stuffing next to it on the same rack (something my old, actually SMALLER roaster wouldn't allow) ...To summarize, Look - most of my cooking stuff is either Le Creuset (Dutch ovens and Casseroles as well as one of my "Go-To" Grill Pans) or Commercial pans from our local restaurant supply (most made by Viking) - I used to be a Calph freak but yeah, that lasted about 3 years til they started warping and failing, I was All-Cl*d after that but found that the local Restaurant Supply Viking was about the same price and MUCH better all-around ... But I have seriously been using a hand-me-down Blue Roaster from the 60's (I think it was my Grandmas, I know for a fact it was Moms) and it was time to move on, turn THAT old one into a planter, and try something new. This actually worked for Me immediately, didn't break the bank, and I am impressed all-around for the price

Good size, handles are well placed. Not as heavy at Dutch ovens but does as good a job and safer, says my MIW
