have a tiled in towel holder and the plastic bar broke 10 years ago. Ordered these and the Moen 23424SS Contemporary 24-Inch Towel Bar, Stainless and just had to trim a little off the bar. put 1 spring end on the towel bar and insert into 1 end of holder. compress the spring inside the holder and mark the edge of the other end just where it meets the other holder. Square it off and cut the bar. Insert another spring holder in the end and compress the other end in the holder and slide the other end down with the spring compressed. Once it gets inside the holder ends it self adjusts and you wont see the clips. The stainless is stronger than the aluminum or plastic.

me gustaría que igual los hubiera de 1 pulgada, el que compre es de 3/4 de pulgada y quedo bien

It was as described and enabled me to install a replacement 3/4 inch by 3/4 inch towel bar without ripping out our cemented in supports! I was very pleased. I was unable to find a supplier who would deliver a smaller number of units, since I broke my previous towel bar by falling against it (I’m disabled) I figured I would have the spare parts for repair. I think these will be strong enough to withstand my falling against them.

Arrived quickly and works exactly as described. 5 pair of these is a bit much, but it could be useful if any of the other towel bars break and they are cheap.
