This is one of the nicest and highest quality frames that I have purchased on Amazon. The quality of frame, glass, and back hooks makes the art work shine. I could not recommend this product more. On a personal note, I paint water colors and sometimes the paper has waves in it- this frame flattens out all waves and creates a really beautiful piece.

I bought the 12x16 with an matte for 8.5x11. The matte is incorrectly sized, with the opening being 8.3 x 11.5 inches; third photo shows my confirmed 8.5x11 print in the matte opening. The frame otherwise felt like decent quality metal and glass, and didn't arrive broken, with the only minor con being those annoying back frame pieces that pop out and have to be put back to hold prints in. Ultimately returned the frame because of the matte size since it made the frame unusable for my purposes.

Good quality and arrived without damage. You would almost half expect that glass picture frames might not make it to your door without a crack, but they did, I'm sure partly because they were packed well. I like these frames!

There’s some gooey adhesive falling out between the glass in frame. Ordered two and they both have the same problem. Will probably return
