This black picture frame is what I’ve been looking for. I have family memorabilia I want to display, but it’s an odd size. Lo and behold, this little frame is a bit of an odd size, too. Measuring at 4 x 9 inches, it includes a mat that will fit a dollar bill, but for my purposes, I plan to frame a document that fits the frame without the mat.The wooden frame is simple and well-constructed. It has been designed for tabletop display but it also includes all the accessories necessary to hang it on the wall. I found that the assembly for the latter was quite easy and the hanging mechanism is very secure. The frame doesn’t have “real” glass but, after assembly, it’s difficult if not impossible to tell the difference.I’m very pleased with this purchase and it’s nice that I’ve found a frame that suits my purpose. I highly recommend it.

This sturdy wood frame is very well made, with a well-cut mat – it’s the perfect size for framing currency, but it will also work for a small painting or drawing.The acrylic protector is very clear, and the frame can be used with or without it. I like that the frame gives you the option of displaying it on a shelf or hanging it on the wall.I’m very satisfied with this product, and I highly recommend it.

The frame came with a cheap piece of cardboard and NO GLASS! How am I supposed to display anything when there is no glass?!

It is pretty difficult to find frames in this format so I am very happy to find it on Amazon.The frame is solid build and the corners are flush. It does not come with glass but rather width an acrylic sheet to protect the picture, which has adhesive on both sides and should of course be removed forts. There is hardware to create wall hanging system or there is an easel-like foot on the back of the frame.The frame is made of true solid wood, which is coloured black on the front and on teh sides but on the back of the frame the wood is left natural.I am very happy with this frame and yes I do recommend it! It is well crafted from really wood and I like it very much, it is serious and classy looking.Thank you
