it never came with the refills so I have the dispenser but nothing to put in it when it clearly states 6 pack of refills.

Empty! Didn’t come with anything. You have to buy the packs separately.

Me vendrá muy bien porque es muy práctico en cualquier aseo porque no necesitas tocarlo apenas ni rellenarlo muchas veces

We purchased three of these for each floor in our home. They come with double-sided adhesive so they can be placed in the wall immediately. I would prefer mounting these to the wall using screws, which is also an option (you would either need to remove the tape or drill through it beforehand). The bottles of sanitizer fit in well and are easy to install; just push them in. I am not sure how well the bottles of sanitizer would stay in or fit if screws were used to mount the fixture, however.
