We have had this dehydrator for two months now. In this short time, I have dehydrated numerous batches of fruits and veggies. Everything from potatoes to blueberries and even pasta. This thing is a workhorse and has not disappointed! With 18 trays, including silicone mats and fruit leather trays - you just cannot beat the value of this machine.

Purchased 2 units for making jerky. Had been using a Chard 12 shelf dehydrator for several years and was looking for a dehydrator with more spacing between the racks, easier to clean and would run at higher temps if needed. The Chard could only achieve 160 degrees. Decided on the Septree 18 tray. Removed the caster wheels from one unit and stacked them, giving me the option to run one unit or both depending on the volume of product to be processed. For first tryout ran 33lbs of of beef jerky sliced 1/4" thick. First off, wow the units are whisper quiet. The Chard dehydrator was louder than a large air fryer. These were so quiet I had to check to make sure they were running. The Chard suffered from poor air circulation when all the trays were fully loaded. Constantly rotating the trays and flipping the meat. With the Septree dehydrators I found I needed to rotate or flip very minimally. At the 3 hour mark I rotated the trays 180 degrees once and did not have to flip the meat at all during the drying process. Yes, your top and bottom trays dry a little faster than the middle trays. It took about 6 hours to finish all the meat. Since there's always a fluctuation in the meat thickness, you start pulling finished meat at the 5 hour mark. Once finished, cleaning was a breeze compared to the Chard. The dehydrator has a removable drip tray for easy cleaning of the unit. The mesh trays will fit in a dishwasher. I stacked them flat on the lower and upper baskets in the dishwasher. These dehydrators are awesome compared to the Chard which sells for about the same price. The only gripe and it's minor would to be to upgrade the toggle door latches to a magnetic latch or something easier to open. Defiantly happy with this purchase.

Es un buen equipo. Lo utilizo para deshidratar carne y funciona perfecto.Lo único, tarda un par de horas más que la máquina de 10 bandejas, debido a que tiene más salidas de calor. Pero el trabajo lo realiza perfecto . Buen equipo

This may be an unfair review because of where I live. High humidity here. Took WAY too long to dehydrate simple things like blueberries, bananas, etc. The proofing for bread dough was a flop. Maybe it’s not getting warm enough- broken part??. Not sure.

El producto llegó con un golpe y después de opetar por unas horas dejó de encender. Contáctate directo a la marca y su servicio a clientes me envió un video de cómo solucionar la falla, además de prometer una compensación que espero llegue.La falla se solucionó, sin mayor problema, y no se ha repetido la falla.El equipo ofrece 36 meses de garantía con la marca. El equipo cuenta con un dispositivo que bloquea el equipo de sobre cargas pero es protección. El único detalle es que no está tan a la mano ya que hay que abrir el equipo, pero fuera de eso el producto funciona excelente

This dehydrator is great. Easy to assemble, use, and clean. Noise is low. Drying time is good. Material is good. I have been using this dehydrator for over a month now and loving how my jerky turn out. I highly recommend this unit.

El producto lo he probado una vez y al parecer funciona correctamente, fue al abrir que me percate del golpe que le dieron, lamentable el servicio de mensajería .
