Ok first off, I Love, Love, Love this Cooker! I will agree with some of the other posters that the manual is the best there is, and it is a little confusing learning how the controls work, but nothing too difficult to get especially when the Internet is your friend.In all this is a wonderful kitchen tool and I don't know why I held off so many years in buying one. It is amazing. It is only my mother and my self to cook for but I truly wish I had had this multicooker when I had kids at home and was working.The Cuisinart CPC-900 6-Quart High Multicooker Pressure Cooker, Stainless Steel is an excellent tool and is really versatile. We love everything we have cooked in it and are often looking up recipes to try in it!You really can't go wrong with purchasing one! Good luck, hope this helps! :)

Delicious chicken. So far I am liking it making frozen hamburgers and Marry Me Chicken. Very moist chicken. Can't wait to try more recipies.

I used it today to make 15 bean soup. It works perfectly. I sautéed meat and veggies and then put in the other ingredients and I have no complaints. I most certainly recommend.

I have had 4 electric pressure cooker so far. I usually have them until they no longer work. The last one was an InstaPot. I didn't like it. I had to change it before it broke because food kept getting stuck to it. I found this one, and I had a previous good experience with cusinart. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews, but after using it for two weeks, I can say I love it. It is easy to use, to clean, and to store. Excellent product.
